We listen to your individual goals at the very beginning and offer program options based on your prior experience, health needs, lifestyle, and desired results.

Choose a monthly payment option and save with our Signature programs, Pro PT, Move Well Therapy, and Shred, which include access to the gym and classes. If you are a member of another gym, choose a one-off session or let us design your self-directed program—the choice is yours.

1-1 support for those of you with long-term health and fitness goals who love routines and know each week, your personal trainer will be there to motivate and encourage you, keeping you accountable throughout your journey.
Current members include Routine lovers, Prehab to rehab, weight loss, strength and conditioning, pregnancy and Postnatal expert support.
This Minimum 3-month program includes weekly personal training, gym and classes to complement your journey.

Created to help those of you wanting to get fast results in just six weeks !
To accelerate the start of your fat loss journey, if you have a planned event or holiday coming up.
No elimination of foods! No fads or fake fixes, instead you find the answer to getting results with nutritional tweaks and exercise through a commitment to nutritional guidance and exercise progression.
Our job is to support, guide and coach.
Your job is to Prepare Plan and prioritise, show up twice a week for 1-1 sessions to train and embrace the nutritional guidance.
6 weeks, 2 PT sessions a week, access to the gym and classes to accelerate your results.

What is our Move Well Therapy Membership?
This membership is for people who are needing treatment and rehab from an injury, prehabilitation before undertaking an operation, and post-surgery care.
After receiving a consultation, Shannon, our therapist, will decide on the best way forward, giving you a bespoke experience by combining manual therapy (massage) techniques with a progressive exercise program.
During your program of 8 x 1-1 sessions, you also have access to the gym, allowing you to really take control of your rehab.
How can Move Well Therapy benefit the clients at Kate Campbell Fitness?
Move Well Therapy takes a holistic approach to getting you back to feeling great after an illness, injury or surgery.
If you have physio exercises, they can be added to your program, and we will make sure they are being performed correctly with the right muscle recruitment. Our gym setting is aimed at nurturing and progressing you comfortably at your own pace.

Attending a free appointment consultation with your personal trainer is the perfect way to start.

During your consultation, you can expect to answer a few questions on an initial screening form, discuss your goals and objectives, and receive a gym induction if relevant to guide you through using the equipment.
Your personal trainer will also be on hand throughout to offer their professional advice and support and discuss the best program for your needs.

If it’s just for a chat come along in casual clothes.
If you attend for a gym induction, you should wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Wear a pair of comfy clean trainers, as this will provide the best support for your feet during any exercises that you may be asked to do.
When it comes to deciding what to wear for a massage, comfort should be your top priority. Loose fitting clothing that is easy to move around in is ideal as it will allow your therapist to more easily work on the areas of your body that need attention.
Ultimately, pick an outfit that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable so you can enjoy the full benefits of your massage!
