Often, our clients come to us feeling stuck. They have a goal, and they know what they should and could do to achieve it, but without a plan and weekly accountability, they find it too difficult to do it alone.
This is where we can help. Here at Kate Campbell Fitness, we provide short- and long-term solutions to accommodate everyone’s needs, regardless of their fitness level, age, or ability. We listen to your individual goals from the very beginning and offer program options based on your prior experience, health needs, lifestyle, and desired results.
We address your concerns, provide professional advice, and support you throughout your health and fitness journey.
Pro Personal Training offers a monthly payment option, or you can choose program credits for Move Well Therapy and Shred, providing access to the gym and classes. Alternatively, you can start with Pure Personal Training, selecting from 12, 16, or 20 PT sessions; the more you buy, the greater the discount.
If you are a member of another gym, opt for a one-off session, or let us design your self-directed program—the choice is yours.

Focus on Change is a four week starter experience that allows you time to really get to know us on a personal level. Gain confidence in the gym environment and, importantly, help you start your journey the right way.
Perfect for those of you who have prior gym experience.
Along with full access to the gym and any class you may wish to attend, you’ll receive two one-on-one personal training sessions where we will work with you to define your goals, assess baseline health measurements, review movement patterns, and offer longer-term personal training recommendations based on your strengths.
Please be aware that if you are new to the gym or have specific requirements, two sessions may not be sufficient! We suggest considering either block booking Personal Training (PT) or Pro PT.

To accelerate the start of your fat loss journey, if you have a planned event or holiday coming up.

Our job is to support, guide and coach. You must be coachable!

The Pro Personal Training program is our most popular membership and provides tailored 1-1 support for those dedicated to achieving long-term health and fitness goals.
If you thrive on routines, you can count on your personal trainer to be there each week, motivating and encouraging you while holding you accountable throughout your journey.
Our current members include individuals who have never been to a gym and need sturicture and confidence before going on there own. focused on weight loss, strength and conditioning, as well as experts in pregnancy and postnatal wellness.
With a minimum commitment of 3 months, our program incorporates weekly personal training sessions combined with gym classes to enhance your fitness journey. Join us at Pro PT and transform your health and fitness lifestyle!

What is our Move Well Therapy Program?
This program is designed for individuals requiring specialised personal training and rehabilitation from an injury, prehabilitation before surgery, and post-operative care.
After a consultation, Shannon, our therapist, will determine the best way forward, providing you with a customised experience that combines manual therapy (massage) techniques with a progressive exercise program.
Throughout your eight one-on-one sessions, you will also have access to the gym, allowing you to practice the prescribed exercises to take control of your rehabilitation and enhance your strength.
How can Move Well Therapy benefit clients at Kate Campbell Fitness?
Move Well Therapy adopts a holistic approach to helping you feel great after an illness, injury, or surgery.
If you have physio exercises, they can be incorporated into your program, and we will ensure they are performed correctly with the appropriate muscle recruitment. Our gym environment is designed to nurture and support your progress comfortably at your own pace.

Pure 1-1 Personal Training is the perfect solution for those of you who need to balance fitness goals with everyday commitments.
NOT everyone wants to attend the gym without guidance, and NOT everyone feels confident in a gym environment without initial support and a program to follow, so if this is you? This program package is perfect and is tailored specifically to get you started.

As parents, it can be challenging to get our children enthusiastic about exercise! The teenage years can be filled with stress and pressure from school, social life, and other activities. For teenagers to maintain their health, both physically and mentally, discovering ways to keep them motivated can be difficult.
To take into account other commitments, we’ve found that eight Personal Training sessions are the ideal number for teens. It has a ten-week expiry that allows for exams, holidays, and times when they are just too tired! With the ability to repurchase and the option of using the gym, the feedback from our teens is that they love coming because it’s not busy, everyone is friendly, the sessions are fun, and they enjoy lifting weights and feeling stronger.

Group personal training with partners or friends is affordable, effective, and an enjoyable way to get fit. Working out in a group setting fosters accountability, motivation, and support from like-minded individuals.

During your consultation, you can expect to answer a few questions on an initial screening form, discuss your goals and objectives, and receive a gym induction if relevant to guide you through using the equipment.
Your personal trainer will also be on hand throughout to offer their professional advice and support and discuss the best program for your needs.

If it’s just for a chat come along in casual clothes.
If you attend for a gym induction, you should wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Wear a pair of comfy clean trainers, as this will provide the best support for your feet during any exercises that you may be asked to do.
When it comes to deciding what to wear for a massage, comfort should be your top priority. Loose fitting clothing that is easy to move around in is ideal as it will allow your therapist to more easily work on the areas of your body that need attention.
Ultimately, pick an outfit that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable so you can enjoy the full benefits of your massage!
