By focusing on lifestyle and your needs, our friendly, experienced team will listen, guide, educate and, in partnership, support you through the most appropriate program pathway, equipping you with the best fitness, nutrition and wellness strategies to help you get the results you deserve the easy way!

You’ll work with a named Personal trainer to gain confidence and vitality, whether that’s in the gym environment or from home. Plans are developed, nutrition strategies discussed and in partnership, your client journey is explained.

As a team, we complement each other with our areas of expertise, combining our skills and experience to support you in mind and body to reach your individual goals. You’ll work regularly not only with your own PT but also with other coaches throughout your program. This will add variety to your workout and enhance your personal experience.

When we introduced this option, our clients' feedback was excitement, increased motivation, and, best of all, enhanced results.

Our team comprises of full-time and part-time trainers. You’ll see Myself [Kate] Shannon, Demie-Jade, Dom, Max and Phil weekly.

Lauren, Jenny, and Cambria all work or study during the week and are available at different times.

PROUD FACT: Shannon, Lauren, Jenny and Caimbria, before they became team members, were ALL former clients who joined my classes and courses and were coached by me before, during or after their pregnancies!

As a team of personal trainers and specialist coaches, I can confidently say that no other gym in our area has the collective experience we have. What a great feeling it is to know that wherever you are on your journey, we can help.

All my clients would agree while training them hit their PBs (Personal Bests). I also love a good natter!
