As parents, it can be challenging to get our children enthusiastic about exercise! The teenage years can be filled with stress and pressure from school, social life, and other activities. For teenagers to maintain their physical and mental health, finding ways to keep them motivated can be difficult. 

Perhaps they have asked you for help, or you are a parent desperately seeking a training program that your child will enjoy, or they have stumbled across our website. Either way, we can help.

Forget the fads and quick fixes. With two girls of my own, it’s essential that the right support is available and that it’s enjoyable! At Kate Campbell Fitness, we help teens build a healthy lifestyle by emphasising strength and fitness in a safe, small, and friendly environment. This approach empowers them to be confident in their exercise, strong, powerful, and vibrant and vital.

We’re the stepping stone, the starter experience, supporting them as they move confidently to the big gyms when they are ready. We focus on coaching them on how to lift weights and use exercise equipment correctly, on understanding the benefits of fuelling their bodies to support activity both inside and outside the gym, and on tailoring the experience to each individual.

To account for other commitments, we’ve found that 8 Personal Training sessions are ideal for teens. It has a ten-week expiry that allows for exams, holidays, and times when they are just too tired!

With the ability to repurchase and the option to use the gym, our teens say they love coming because it’s not busy, everyone is friendly, the sessions are fun, and they enjoy lifting weights and feeling stronger.

If your child is 14-17, they can become a gym member, but must have a Parent or guardian sign up and complete the screening form. Here are the Membership Rules.

Please note that individuals under 18 years of age will require parental consent to complete the screening form.

All programs have an expiry date.

Bookings are made via the Kate Campbell Fitness App - Register your child's details using a parent's or guardian's email address to receive booking confirmations.
