We understand that walking into the gym can be intimidating, but ours is different: it’s warm and welcoming, and everyone says hi. We aim to make the health and fitness process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Before you attend, please register for a FREE consultation and download the Kate Campbell Fitness booking app, and we will show you how it works. This will enable you to register and schedule your appointment in advance.

Please complete a screening form before your visit so we can gather important information to discuss the programs and membership options available to you.

If you need to cancel, email info@katecampbellfitness.com. Please give 24 hours' notice for booked 1-1 consultations, and we can rearrange. Alternatively, you can easily cancel your booking via the booking App.
