Members Information All our members have access to our Kate Campbell Fitness app. You will find the app in either your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for” Kate Campbell Fitness” (All one word) and download. If you are a new user, you will need to register and set up an account. If you are already a member just log in using your email and password. In the app you can view our full timetable and make bookings for classes, personal training Sports therapy and gym use. You can view your membership and remaining credits and when they expire as well as purchasing credits or alternative memberships.

One of the most important features of the app is the community section. This is where we post any important news, updates, and useful resources. Remember to check this section at least weekly to see what’s going on in the world of Kate Campbell Fitness.

From 100 calorie snack ideas to intuitive eating guides and much more, we love to help, and our passion is to give you as much guidance, education, and information to make reaching your goal easy and possible.

NO more scrolling the internet instead we have done it for you! Become your own detective, be willing to Learn and self-motivate.  So, If You are a member of the gym, a Personal Training client or attending a course then you will have FREE access for the period you are a member. This is a NEW offering and one with your help we can expand over time. So do tell us what else would be helpful and we can create a resource to support!

Recipe Collections WHAT CAN I EAT? and have you got RECIPE IDEAS? these are just a few of the questions we get asked, so to give you food for thought we have joined up with a nutrition company to produce healthy recipe collections to support your journey. Non fancy, tasty, wholesome meals that you and everyone can enjoy. Choose from high protein, family friendly, 1500 calorie, vegetarian and more. Fully calorie and macro counted plus my fitness pal bar code!

Fitness on Demand As part of our brand-new website, we have updated Fitness on Demand with workout videos you can access online from any device at any time. From pure core, HIIT to low impact, Pilates to running strength, pelvic floor rehab, postnatal and pregnancy workouts and so much more. You can make great progress from home and enhance your results with confidence to support your individual goals. Whether you are new to exercising or a pro you’ll love the variety taught by Kate and the team. There is no contract, cancel any time after the first Month and even just subscribe when you need a boost or when there is a holiday or event coming up.

Cuppa with Kate! I may not be your Personal trainer, but all my clients would agree while training them hit their PBs (Personal Bests) I also love a good natter! And I like to know how each one of You my members progress is going.

A natural listener, problem solver and solution finder I’ve decided to use my skills to good use! So, ‘Cuppa and catch up with Kate’ is your opportunity to sit down with a cuppa, a workbook and set personal goals. Face-to-face or online from home. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey, need a boost, feel stuck, fitness gains or weight loss have plateaued, or you just want to talk about life in general I am here to offer support and encouragement throughout your journey.

All you need is to book 60 minutes with me online or face to face, a pen, our workbook, and a cuppa of your choice and together we will set SMART goals that you can apply straight away.

Personal Training! Our team work closely together, and all have specialist areas of expertise. You will be allocated a trainer based on your specific needs, goals and aims. You can train with more than one trainer; however, you will be allocated a named personal trainer responsible for communication and programming. Every effort will be made to offer regular session times and slots should these be required; this cannot be guaranteed due to the glofox booking management limitations.

Sessions can be booked a month in advance. If your regular personal trainer is on holiday sessions will be with another member of the team. Sessions cannot be saved until your trainer returns. We will endeavour to keep your session slot the same, but this cannot be guaranteed. Credits must be used with the allocated time frame. If you are on holiday or ill and there is availability you may increase the number of sessions, you have in a week. We never want you to lose your session slots.

If your PT program includes gym access, you can pick up your program at reception to enable you practice what you have learned.

If you would like a top up PT session or a new program designing members discount will apply. Please ask at reception or contact us.

Gym sessions have allocated time slots to ensure there is no overcrowding. Unique to Kate Campbell Fitness is our ready done for you work out programs that are dotted around the gym – these are designed for you to create gym exercise habits based on your goals. If you would like further individual guidance, then PAYG personal training options and program plan designs can be arranged. All gym members receive a discount on PT.

It’s advisable to book Exercise Classes via the App in advance. Classes are small to maintain individual support. If you can’t make a class, please cancel 2hs before to allow others to join. We often have waiting lists. If you are on a waiting list, you will be informed when a space becomes available.

TRAINING COMMITMENT Before you begin this journey you must accept and understand that the aim of any of our programs is to support individual progress and not to seek perfection - After all who is perfect? Change and Focus is essential to your progress.

This is measured daily by focusing on the small wins and positive steps you can take to support permanent psychological and physical change. Through education, nutritional awareness, and a progressive exercise program or classes you will feel energised, strong, and feel amazing. With time, commitment, dedication, and a willingness to learn, you’ll experience a higher level of understanding which will enable you to make the necessary personal changes and positive habits to make exercise and healthy eating a way of life.

SHARE YOUR WINS AND OR WHINGE’S Personal training clients report elevated motivation when they contact us throughout the week. WhatsApp weekly check ins are a great way to record progress - connect with your personal trainer or Kate who can offer support between sessions. It’s important to remember this is your ‘call’ your responsibility to seek advice when needed.

PLEASE READ Membership and Personal training terms and conditions have been developed and continue to develop in the hope of creating a mutually respectful relationship between Kate Campbell Fitness and all clients.

We are a small gym with a small team. We are here to support you make a lasting health change, our commitment to helping you achieve your goals are of paramount importance to us.

A clear policy helps build strong and long-term relationships. Before signing up to a program please read these terms and conditions plus the Full T&Cs on website.  

  • Membership and programs are personal to the member and are non- assignable, nonrefundable, non-transferable and will start on the membership start date agreed.

  • Once you have accepted by signing this form and completing the joining process on our website and becoming a member of Kate Campbell Fitness this agreement becomes legally binding for you the member and Kate Campbell Fitness Limited.

  • All processing of your personal data will be in accordance with our privacy and data protection policy. (Found on our website)

  • Kate Campbell Fitness Memberships are based on a 48-week year and reserves the right to alter opening hours / program activities and classes at any time according to user data.

  • Kate Campbell Fitness is not 24 hour 7 days a week gym and will close all Bank holidays and 4-week period over the year with holiday closure Easter Summer and Christmas. An alternative pop-up timetable may be offered but this is not mandatory.

  • Cooling off period. You have the right to cancel your membership for any reason within 14 days of joining by emailing info@katecampbellfitness.com or written notice of cancellation. If you cancel during the cooling off period, we shall refund any startup fee and monthly subscription. PLEASE NOTE if you have received program designs PDFs and full program resources a fee will apply between £15-£30 when cancelling and will be deducted from total amount refunded.

  • Cancellation of this agreement may only be considered as per the Fair Cancellation Policy evidence required. Detailed information found on the website.

  • If your membership has a monthly recurring amount fee, you agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank until the final month’s payment has been made. You can cancel automatic renewal by contacting the gym via letter or email info@katecampbellfiness.com and giving 30 days’ notice.

  • All clients must complete a screening form prior to using the gym /classes/PT. 

  • If you have a medical condition in some instances you may need to contact your health care professional before you start and inform your trainer / class instructor before you start.

  • There are certain email and SMS communications, which it is necessary for us to send to all members, for the purposes of performing our contractual obligations to you under the terms of your membership You cannot opt out of these communications. You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may otherwise send for promotional or marketing purposes, but if you do, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be granted for any loss incurred by you not receiving gym or class related communications for example closures or class cancellations.

  • Expiry: All personal training programs and block booked classes, courses, Personal training, and gift vouchers have an expiry date. Sessions must be used before the expiry, or they will be forfeited and not rolled over.

  • Bookings are made up to 1 hour before. Cancellation is via the app 2 hours’ notice must be given for gym and class sessions and 24hour notice for massage and personal training. Should less time be provided Kate Campbell fitness reserves the right to charge and credits will be forfeited and not saved.

  • Kate Campbell Fitness, and its Trainer(s) cannot guarantee the results of Training Sessions. and make no representations, warranties and/or guarantees that you the client will lose weight, gain muscle mass, be able to engage in any specific physical and/or athletic activity or will attain any other particular and/or specific results. Kate Campbell Fitness and its Trainer(s) strongly encourage you to follow a healthy diet in conjunction with personal training and exercise.

  • Photographs and or videos will be taken from time to time for promotional purposes only. If you do not wish to appear in any advertised promotion you must inform the team at the time or Kate Campbell Fitness will assume you have consented.
