    We aim to bring personality and fun into all our classes. Exercise and fun in the same sentence? Absolutely!

    Find a class you love, and exercise will never be boring!

    Choose a variety of classes throughout the week.

    Gym membership is based on attending four classes a week plus unlimited gym sessions.

    You can also pay as you go (PAYG) for classes via our Kate Campbell Fitness App - download and book at your convenience.

  • Mat Pilates with our Sports therapist Shannon. Focusing each week on the key elements of functional movement.

    You'll learn to move confidently activate, strengthen, and lengthen the muscles that matter.

  • Get ready for a full body shake up with Jenny.

    For 30 minutes the aim is to work at a high level to support your fitness goals.

    Using weights body weight and equipment you will see your fitness levels soar

    Burn calories while getting stronger and leaner!

    SUITABLE FOR Intermediate levels

  • Flex and Stretch This class is designed to help you increase flexibility, posture and bodily awareness.

    You will learn exactly how to open the body, allowing tension and tightness to be relieved while helping the mind to calm.

    Complete beginners are welcome as this class is all about learning about your body and making progress over time.
