This is where we can help. Here at Kate Campbell Fitness, we offer short- and long-term solutions to meet everyone’s needs, regardless of fitness level, age, or ability. We listen to individual goals from the very beginning and offer program options based on prior experience, health needs, lifestyle, and desired results. 

We address your concerns, provide professional advice, and support you throughout your health and fitness journey.

Pro Personal Training offers an affordable monthly payment option, 1-1 PT plus gym and classes, or you can choose program credits for Pure Personal Training, selecting from 12,16, or 20 PT sessions; the more you buy, the greater the discount. Move Well Therapy and Shred is our six-week popular program.

If you're a member of another gym or prefer to train from home, consider opting for a one-time program. Let us design a self-directed program that you can complete independently. Includes 1-1 PT session home or at the gym.

The choice is yours. 

As a member, we also offer a dedicated Free Members area with bonus resources available, so you won’t need to doomscroll through the noise of the internet!
