Welcome to Kate Campbell Fitness. We are so excited to meet you and help you take the first step towards your fitness and strength goals.
We know joining a gym or trying a new class can feel intimidating, but our gym really is different. We are known as “The Small Gym with the Big Heart” for a reason. Our friendly coaches, supportive members, and small class sizes create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whatever their starting point.

Review the class timetable and choose a class that suits you.
Book your FREE class through the app.
Before attending, we recommend taking a look around the website so you can familiarise yourself with:

Please complete the relevant screening form before your visit. This helps us gather important information about your goals, injuries, medical history, or any support you may need so we can guide you safely.
If you would prefer to speak to someone before booking, you can schedule a phone call consultation with Kate using the link.
Before your first class, please let the coach know that it is your first session and tell us about any current or previous injuries or medical conditions. Most importantly, take your time, ask questions, and know that you can stop or modify exercises at any point.
Once you have completed your FREE trial, we can chat through the best next step for you, whether that’s class packs, gym membership, or Personal Training.
We can’t wait to welcome you into the gym.
