Why choose Keep Mums Fit?

Keep Mums Fit was established in 2007 to provide safe Antenatal and Postnatal exercise support to the many women in Sheffield who wanted to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancies, regain fitness after childbirth, and beyond, but didn’t know where to turn or who to contact.

As a former Sheffield community and hospital midwife with 20 years of experience, I have put my expertise into practice and, together with my team of coaches and therapists, created a pathway of Personal Training programs, courses, and classes to support women through each phase, enabling them to achieve fitness freedom and feel their best.

Fitness, strength, and movement in this specialist field is about understanding the dynamics, physiological changes, and adaptations that take place at each stage of a mother's pregnancy, early post-birth rehabilitation, and beyond.

Not every trainer is experienced, but wherever you are on your journey, with Kate Campbell Fitness, you will feel listened to, nurtured, cared for and thoroughly looked after.
