Our Flexible Membership

Our gym membership allows you the flexibility to use the gym and attend regular classes to support your personal fitness goals.

Booking is easy through the Kate Campbell fitness App and with a community section dedicated to help your remain motivated we add videos resources and continuous support.

  • We welcome a small number of young adults to our gym, 15–17-year-olds can attend unaccompanied with parental consent and a full gym induction.

    We believe that early introduction to the gym environment establishes a positive healthy confidence that sets the foundation for a love of all things fitness related.

    With our team support our teens thrive in a friendly supportive environment.

    12-14 years olds can attend for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult member.

  • Since opening the gym we have worked hard to promote Men’s Health and wellbeing. It’s been a huge success, with every age group tapping into the support and programs we offer.

  • Many of you have told us it’s hard to exercise with little ones in tow, so whether your a new mum, dad grandma or grandpa you can exercise safely in our baby friendly gym as we have created a special area for little ones to nap or play in while you exercise.

    We also love our cuddles so if we are not training other clients we will happily provide you with the extra pair of hands you need!
