Focus on Change is a four week starter experience which allows you time to really get to know us on a personal level. Gain confidence in the gym environment and importantly help you start your journey the right way.
Along with full access to the gym and any class you may wish to attend, you’ll receive two 1-1 personal training sessions where we will work with you to define your goals, assess baseline health measurements, review movement patterns and offer longer term personal training recommendations based on your strengths.

The fourth trimester is that time between having your baby and returning to formal exercise.Early support will enhance the mind body connection focusing on breath control, pelvic floor and deep abdominal reconnection.
Focus on change allows us to work 1-1 on an individual basis to support your safe gradual return to the exercise you love.
Attend from 4 -6 weeks post birth.
Your focus on change program includes access to the gym and 2 Personal training sessions to be taken within the month.

Shannon our sports therapist will work with you to enhance your movement whether you are an athlete or older adult.Whether you are unsteady on your feet wish to move pain free, rehabilitate following an injury or surgery or want sports specific exercises to do at home Shannon can help.
You’ll receive a postural assessment and exercise recommendations based on findings along with therapy treatments according to your needs.
