You’ll receive 12 appointment credits to use in three months and can choose one or multiple sessions a week.

During each session, you’ll work with your personal trainer who will have designed a program tailored to meet your individual needs. Make steady progress towards achieving your fitness goals without feeling overwhelmed. Baseline measurements are taken at the beginning, half way through and at the end.

By following SMART goals our aim from the start is to give you the necessary practical information and guidance to enable you to create a strong body through exercise and nutritional support.
