    You can choose to have remote personal training sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp FaceTime with Kate. Please note that availability is limited.

    Alternatively, you can opt for self-directed training through our Trainerize app, where you can set your own goals, habits, and weekly workouts.

    Our exercise programs, which are designed for you, are flexible, allowing you to choose a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day split, whether you’re training at home or in the gym.

    An added bonus is the ability to connect to the food tracking app MyFitnessPal and use devices like the Apple Watch or Fitbit to monitor your exercise progress.
