Are you and your friends looking for a meaningful way to motivate each other as you get stronger? Our Postnatal Power Group Personal Training program is the perfect fit for you.
Reduce the cost by exercising together in a small group of four, receive individual support, and work towards achieving your personal fitness goals one step at a time.
We provide a safe and encouraging space for all participants to learn new techniques, develop strength and confidence through a carefully crafted program. BONUS baby comes too! We have the gym to ourselves so we can spread out, choose the soundtrack, natter and get the fitness groove on!
Following on from our Postnatal foundation course or from 12 weeks post-birth, our aim from the start is to support you set your goals and together plan the small steps you will take to achieve them.
Regaining strength and confidence takes time and commitment. The six-week program focuses on the main components of functional exercise progression. A tried-and-tested Push, Pull, Carry, Hinge, Squat, and Lunge combination of exercises will activate your entire body to work efficiently and hard without the risk of injury.
You will be led by Kate and Shannon, experienced Postnatal personal trainers with distinct areas of expertise. Kate, founder of Keep Mums Fit, a former midwife and pelvic floor and core specialist, and Shannon, our sports movement and massage therapist, will support you in exercising safely while also prescribing exercises to alleviate common postpartum aches and pains.
During your six-week program, you will have the option to pay for extra gym access on a PAYG basis. The cost is discounted during your program, helping you return to your routine and the activities you love with confidence, energy, and strength.
All sessions must be taken together. When using the gym independently as a group, we advise arriving late morning, with the option to use the studio upstairs for group work.
