Moving through the programs
I came to Kate Campbell initially for the postnatal fitness course and then moved onto the Focus and Shred programme. It was a fantastic way to get back into fitness after having my children and I felt such a transformation in my body and mindset, being supported by Kate and her wonderful team.
They’re so knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition as well as really understanding my goals, challenges and balancing family life.
I’ve now been a member for over 2 years and have been attending weekly personal training sessions with Dom and Kate, as I’ve been working on my overall health, fitness and strength.
I can’t believe how heavy some of the weights I can lift now are, and the fact I’ve been able to do this and stay motivated is down to the super friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging team at Kate Campbell Fitness.
