Personal training can be face-to-face or online. Choose to train once or multiple times per week, and we will create the perfect program for you.

The Antenatal Class will include traditional exercises adapted specifically for pregnancy and will include Skills for birth a chance to chat about pregnancy labour, birth and post birth prep
Attend from 13 weeks or after your first scan.
If you already attend a gym you may wish to start after 20 weeks.
Regular attendance is recommended.
