Our 4 week Starter experience is all about gaining a positive experience working with a personal trainer who will listen and guide you through the best options for you to reach your long term health, fitness or nutritional goals.

Focus on Change is a four-week starter experience for just £99, giving you time to see if our gym and programs suit you.
We want you to get to know us personally, build confidence in the gym environment, and, importantly, help you start your journey the right way. Along with full access to the gym and any class you wish to attend, you’ll receive two one-on-one personal training sessions, one at the start and one at the end.
During your initial session, we'll work with you to define your nutritional and fitness goals, review your movement patterns, and create a short program for you to follow during self-directed gym sessions. The final PT session is to check your progress, discuss whether you would like more PT sessions or feel confident enough to become a gym member, with occasional catch-up PT sessions when needed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a complete beginner, new to the gym, haven’t been for a while, or have medical or physical limitations, two PT sessions will not be enough to provide the level of support you need to feel fully confident.
We recommend our PURE PT program package, offering 12, 16, or 20 sessions of one-on-one coaching. The more session credits you purchase, the more you will save. You can choose to have one or more sessions a week. Read more about our Pure PT program here. or if you do want access to classes and the gym. Monthly Pro PT is recommended.

Focus on Change is an opportunity for you to receive specialist 1-1 advice about what exercises you can perform safely during your pregnancy to support this wonderful transition in your life.You’ll receive comprehensive guidance and program to compliment your journey.
OR You may be thinking of becoming pregnant in the future and would like expert support to help you prepare.
You know you are in safe hands with Kate and her team our passion is education and clarity.

The fourth trimester is that time between having your baby and returning to formal exercise.Early support will enhance the mind body connection focusing on breath control, pelvic floor and deep abdominal reconnection.
Focus on change allows us to work 1-1 on an individual basis to support your safe gradual return to the exercise you love.
Attend from 4 -6 weeks post birth.
Your focus on change program includes access to the gym and 2 Personal training sessions to be taken within the month.

Shannon our sports therapist will work with you to enhance your movement whether you are an athlete or older adult.Whether you are unsteady on your feet wish to move pain free, rehabilitate following an injury or surgery or want sports specific exercises to do at home Shannon can help.
You’ll receive a postural assessment and exercise recommendations based on findings along with therapy treatments according to your needs.

After the Program
After your initial four weeks at our gym, your trainer will provide feedback and recommendations to help you select the most suitable membership option moving forward.
If we believe you are not quite ready for personal training, we will discuss alternative options you might want to consider.
Sometimes the timing isn't right to start a program, and that’s perfectly okay. You will learn the principles and core values of Kate Campbell Fitness, and when you are ready, we will be here to support you.
